Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Sales account representative to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. There is a base salary and a company vehicle and a commission structure with potential bonuses. AEO will supply everything you need to complete your job. If you want to make a six figure income then this is the place for you. Must have an Entrepreneurial spirit and be a go getter. Commission is based on performance. Make commission on every sale - reach a milestone and receive a bonus. A good sales rep will make $100,000.00 a great sales rep could make a quarter million a year. Environmental experience is a plus. This job requires cold calling, setting appointments, calling on existing clients as well as AEO providing you with some leads that are called into the company from potential clients. AEO has grown over the last few years and is a Full Service environmental company with waste water treatment plant, Non-hazardous Solidification Facility, recycling center, 7 laboratories on 35 acres. AEO owns and operates a fleet of vehicles including tractor trailers, tankers, vacuum trucks, roll-off trucks, box trucks, emergency response vehicles and service vehicles. AEO is a registered hazardous waste hauler and an infectious waste hauler. Our daily operations include: lab-packing, site remediation, emergency response, non-hazardous solidification of bulk and non-bulk (drums & totes) liquids and sludge's, tank cleanings, recycling, industrial services, plant closures, transportation and disposal of hazardous wastes, infectious wastes and non-hazardous wastes, Phase I and Phase II operations and many others Responsibilities: Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers Prospect and contact potential customers Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Create sales material to present to customers ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Environmental Services is a Plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description Full Service Environmental Company.
