Recruiting Specialist

Job Description:
This dynamic recruiting position entails a combination of:
:Recruiting new candidate and client profiles by conducting market research.
:Identifying and building relationships with candidates and clients through cold calling, emailing and utilization of social media.
:Engaging candidates and clients from initial phone conversation through to negotiation of offer.

Responsibilities:
New Candidate Sourcing (30)
:Find new candidate profiles by conducting market research utilizing social media, LinkedIn, internet searches, and within internal ATS database (Bullhorn).
:Build comprehensive distribution lists within ATS to quickly find pools of candidates from previous discussions and outreach.

Direct Outreach (50)
:Cold outreach (phone calls, emails, InMails etc.,) to recruit candidates and evaluate interest in current job opening and prospect clients to create search criteria.
:Engage candidates in a meaningful dialogue to ascertain if they are a technical fit and meet the qualifications of the existing or future job openings.
:Guide conversation with candidates and clients to garner referrals, new business leads and gather market intelligence.
:Communicate regularly and build deep relationships with network of clients and candidates.
:Develop and retain business by providing excellent customer service to clients and candidates.

Marketing and Account Management (20)
:Setting up interviews and following up with client and candidate to gather feedback.
:Develop ongoing outreach to clients for compensation surveys, holiday greetings, new market intelligence, newsletter information etc.
:Build client matrix to assist in detailing recruiting process for candidate placement.
:Negotiating service rates and direct hire fees with clients.
:Planning and documenting all business development activities in ATS database (Bullhorn)
:Participate in daily AM and PM meetings with team

Requirements:
The ideal Recruiting Specialist candidate will have:
:1:4 years of experience in a business development or sales role (ideally in a B2B environment)
:Undergraduate degree with a track record of strong academic or athletic performance
:Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
:Persistent, pro:active, self:motivated with the ability to work under limited supervision
:Passionate about building relationships and networking at a professional and personal level
:Strong oral and written communication skills along with good listening skills
:Ability to learn quickly and have the ability to grasp different terminology and concepts
