Job Description:/h3:
As an Assistant Manager, you must be able to:
:Excel at customer service.
:Demonstrate strong dependability and accountability.
:Ability to sell over the phone and in person.
:Contact current and previous customers to generate sales thru telemarketing.
:Maintain customer contact over the phone and through field visits.
:Review past due accounts and communicate in person and via phone with the customers to promote timely payments.
:Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
:Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.
:Deliver and pickup merchandise to and from customer homes in Company provided vehicle as assigned.
:Lifting, loading and dollying heavy merchandise of 50 pounds or more.

Qualifications:
:Must be at least 19 years of age.
:High school diploma or GED.
:Valid state drivers license and good driving record (past 2 years).
:Must be able to lift and move (push/pull) heavy items and merchandise as needed.
:Typically 40:45 hours a week but could be more depending on business needs.
