OEM Customer Service Representative Company is currently seeking an experienced OEM Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenville SC 29615.Who we are:OPTIBELT Corporation is a subsidiary of the Arntz OPTIBELT Group. Several production facilities across Europe and Asia support our leading role in the markets across the world. As a stable and future oriented company we are looking for additional assistance to support our continuous growth. About the role:This position is primarily responsible for providing OEM-customer service support to the organization by obtaining and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. You are also responsible for initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are achieved by performing the following duties. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including a strong customer orientation and excellent time management skills. OPTIBELT is selling premium products hence detailed orientated and high quality work is critical. What you'll do:*Monitor OEM forecast and updating orders*Follow up with stock transfers*Work with customer portals for shipment notification and order updates*Talk with customers by phone and receive orders via different medias*Issue "Return-Goods-Authorization", credit memos and explain as well as administer credit policies, return policies etc.*File and maintain an organized working environment *Service pick up and walk in business*Provide invoice copies on request*Maintain customer records *Identify and resolves problems in a timely manner*Other duties may be assigned as the situation requires it*Respond promptly to customer needsOur ideal candidate:Education and Experience*OEM customer service experience. *EDI experience preferred Skills and Abilities*Confident verbal and written communication skills, respond to inquiries about our products, prices, lead times and expedition of orders*Works well in a group, contributes to the team performance *MUST have excellent computer Skills (MS Office, Internet, AS400 knowledge is helpful)*Speaks clearly in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification*Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness*Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences*Works with integrity and ethically*Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, to compute rate, ratio, and percent*Know the metric and inch measuring system*Quickly learn about the full range of products Optibelt is offeringWhat we offer:*$40,000 - $45,000 annual salary*Medical insurance (choice between 2 plans PPO and HDHP)*Dental insurance*Vision Insurance*401k Retirement Plan*STD and LTD Insurance covered by OPTIBELT*Life Insurance covered by OPTIBELT*Hire date off *One Public Holiday off according to your preference *5 paid sick days per calendar year *Parental (Mother or Father) leave: 3 weeks.
