Hours: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm M-F Some Saturdays Job Summary: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for answering and/or responding to any incoming calls or lead in order to set sale appointments. Essential Functions: Answers all incoming calls from potential customers promptly and politely to set appointments with a success rate that meets or exceeds defined objectives. Contact all prospective customers that have submitted information via email, internet or event lead Provide exceptional customer service while providing accurate and valid information Input all data related to leads and scheduling into our CRM and google calendar. Prepare reports as required Greet customers as they enter showroom Must possess a pleasant and professional demeanor Follow communication guidelines, policies, and procedures Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Sales Calendar Attend and participate in regular branch meetings, trainings, etc. Other duties and responsivities as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Able to work efficiently with the stress of a fast paced environment Time Management Ability to lead and inspire others Effective problem solving skills Confident in your abilities and have passion for what you are doing Customer centered and focused Teamwork orientedMinimum Qualifications: 2-3 years of Customer Service experience Scheduling experience Strong computer skills Problem solving skills Strong verbal skills
