Responsible for the monitoring and resolution of high profile, high dollar accounts resulting in significant exposure to the Greenville Healthcare System. Works accounts in accordance with Patient Friendly standards consistent with GHS policies and procedures ensuring complete, accurate and compliant processes resulting in optimal collection and customer service performance for the organization. Meets and exceeds the appropriate performance benchmarks for the department and employee consistent with industry standards.
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
High School diploma or equivalent
5 years -Health Care Revenue Cycle experience including registration, billing, collections, and managed care.
