Job Description 13;
Serve customers by assisting them to formulate and articulate their artistic and technical printing requests and interpreting them in terms that fit Cryovac graphics and printing processes.
:Primary point of contact to manage customer accounts by providing value added technical services that strengthen customer relationships. Evaluate graphic requests and advise customers regarding cost savings opportunities for graphics and/or finished goods expense. Provide technical expertise to ensure these requests meet customer expectations and printing capabilities. Act as a customer:facing resource in meeting their business objectives and share in the value created.
:Support Cryovac marketing, sales and manufacturing goals and objectives by representing Cryovac in communications with customers regarding all aspects of their Cryovac Graphics and printing needs.
:Research, document, initiate, coordinate, and expedite customer requests through all stages of the process.
:Collaborate directly with staff from all functions within Cryovac Graphics to ensure the customer requests are processed promptly and result in printable graphics with high technical and aesthetic quality.
:Participate and support the customer:focused work teams, through positive reinforcement of the work force, constructive critique of the process, and support of departmental goals. Accountable for the total job performed by the work teams.
:Provide internal and external customers with timely information about the status of progress of art requests through all stages of the process.
:Formulate and produce documents (Material Master Specification Sheet) to guide and support key stages of the order production and printing processes at the manufacturing facilities.
:BS/BA degree (Graphics related field) preferred with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
:Customer service experience, preferred.
:Strong communication skills.
:Problem solving skills.
:Conflict resolution skills.
:Able to work effectively in a team environment.
:Bilingual skills, valued.
:Ability to travel up to 5.
