Job Description

This is a Full Time Position!


We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Recruiter to work in our Greenville, SC location and support our Company’s recruiting function! The right candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast paced, growth orientated consulting/staffing services company. The Recruiter will report to the Managing Director of Recruitment and work directly with the Recruitment team.


  • The ability to train in Jacksonville, FL for TWO WEEKS immediately upon hire
  • The ability to work M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm

  • Manage a call list of potential applicants
  • Answering ALL company phone calls
  • Review resumes and disperse to appropriate Recruiter
  • Proactively research, contact, and pre-screen potential candidates (phone and email)
  • Schedule in-person interviews for the Recruitment team (phone and email)
  • Management of the Main Lobby – greeting every guest with a smile.
  • Update the company database with accurate client, candidate and engagement information
  • Submit weekly reports to Management and Recruitment teams
